With COVID-19 a new daily reality, we all have to adjust HOW we do business, HOW we interact, HOW we serve YOU! Make no mistake, storm season will come to Oklahoma and McRoof will be prepared to safely and efficiently serve our clients and those in need of our services. In response to current “best practices” as issued by the CDC, we will take the following actions to protect our clients, our employees and our associates.

1. Effective immediately, “safe zones” of 10-12’ between individuals will be maintained and masks or face coverings will be worn by our team

2. Requests for inspections will be handled WITHOUT PERSONAL CONTACT- we will schedule your inspection by phone, we will inspect and call you with the results and our recommendation to either file or not file an insurance claim

3. Repair requests will be handled in a similar fashion minimizing personal contact

4. If we recommend you file an insurance claim, we will provide you with both phone numbers and claim website for your particular insurance carrier, a date of loss, and any other specific information you need to tell the representative when you file your claim

5. We will meet the adjuster for your property inspection, and if you do not want to come to the door or interact with the adjuster or us, it will not be necessary for you to do so

6. The adjuster can email us the claim summary at the same time it is emailed to you (with your permission of course). We will complete our review of the claim and prepare your proposal

7. Your proposal can be delivered by email or hand-delivered to your home or office. We can review your proposal WITH you via telephone or with a virtual meeting online
